Welcome to ScanStamps. By logging in and using our services, you agree to the following terms and our privacy practices in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When you sign in using Apple, Google, or Email, we collect and store your email address to provide you with authentication and account features. If you are a customer, we store your stamp card activity. If you are a business, we store your stamp cards. By default, your email address is shared with campaigns you participate in to allow businesses to manage their customers. You can opt-out of this at any time in the app settings. If you opt-out, businesses will only see an anonymous identifier.
We use your data strictly to provide the core functionality of the ScanStamps app. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
The ScanStamps app strictly requests the camera permission (android.permission.CAMERA) exclusively for scanning digital QR codes used by the loyalty stamp engine. The camera stream is analyzed locally in real-time, and no visual data, biometrics, or imagery is recorded, saved, or transmitted to any third-party servers.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently remove your data from our active databases within 30 days.
